I dream in jewellery.

Annie - Artist & Maker

Not metaphorically. I genuinely wake up thinking about colour combinations, the weight of a bead, the way light hits a crystal at a specific angle. This is not a side project or a hobby that got out of hand. This is the thing I was always going to make.

I started Annie's Jewel Project because I couldn't find jewellery that felt like me — and I suspected I wasn't alone. Not mass-produced. Not trend-chasing. Not the kind of thing you wear because it matches, because it's appropriate, because it's safe.

I make jewellery for people who are done with safe.

Every piece is handcrafted in Ireland — inspired by long walks through the Irish landscape, the people I meet, the colours that stop me in my tracks. I work with premium materials and I take my time. No two pieces are ever the same. That's not a limitation. That's the whole point.

I don't do dress rules. I don't do age-appropriate. I don't do "does this go with that." If you're drawn to something, you'll rock it. Trust that instinct. I trust it every time I sit down to make something new.

If you've made it this far, you're probably someone who notices things. The way light hits a particular colour. The weight of something made by hand versus something made by machine. You don't buy jewellery to match an outfit. You buy it because it stopped you — because something in it spoke before your brain could talk you out of it. You're not looking for an investment. You're looking for something to live in, travel in, grow old in. Something that was made with the same kind of attention you bring to everything you love. That's exactly who I make for.

Love, Annie
