Yes, I do them — and honestly, they're some of my favourite pieces to make.

Here's how it works: you love one of my designs but want it in your colours — the ones that feel like you, not the ones that were available when I made the original. Send me an email, tell me what you're thinking, and we'll figure it out together.

One thing I won't do: recreate someone else's design. I don't copy. Everything here starts from my own imagination and stays that way. If you want something that feels completely personal and completely original — that's exactly what I'm here for.

All in-stock items are shipped via An Post (Irish mail) within 1-2 business days. All other jewellery is made-to-order and takes 1-2 weeks to ship. If you are worried about getting your jewellery in time for a special occasion, send me an email and I will do my best to accommodate you. Good things take time. Yours is being made properly.

Free standard shipping to Ireland, the EU and the UK on all orders. Rest of the world - a flat rate of €20.00.

Please note that I cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

International orders may be subject to import duties or delays while going through customs. Any additional charges such as import duties or other customs fees are beyond my control and the recipient will be responsible for their payment. I advise that you contact your local customs office for further information.

In-stock jewellery can be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order and must be returned in the same condition as received (including packaging). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Made-to-order earrings are not returnable. However, on the rare occasion your jewellery arrives damaged please get in touch with me as soon as possible so I can make things right.

Please be mindful that Annie’s jewellery is delicate. I suggest avoiding direct contact with water, perfume, and lotions, as they may lead to tarnishing or discolouration. All jewellery is nickel-free.

Hang your earrings in between wears or lay flat. If the fringe gets curly, you can help it straighten out by gently running your fingers through it.

Each piece of jewellery is made of hundreds - most of them thousands - of high-quality Miyuki crystal beads, considered a "world standard" for their high quality, brilliance, and uniform shape. But at the same time, these beads are delicate and this is part of their beauty.

In the rare case your jewellery breaks, please contact me right away and I will do my best to arrange a repair with minimal additional charge.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, I'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. Choose an amount, and you'll get a unique code you can send straight to the person you're giving it to — or to yourself, to pass on however you like. It's a code, not a plastic card, so it can be emailed or printed.

Does it expire?
Never. Gift cards hold their value for as long as it takes to find the right piece — and since everything here is made once, that might be a while. No rush.

What if the piece costs more than the card?
Pay the difference at checkout with a card, as normal. And if the piece costs less, the remaining balance stays on the code for next time.

A few small things: gift cards are bought on their own — you can't add one to an order with a piece in it. More than one card can be used on a single order. And a partly-used card can't be refunded.
